Land Rover recently created a custom vehicle at the request of chef and TV personality Jamie Oliver, building him his ultimate on-the-go kitchen. Land Rover Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) created this bespoke SUV, highlighting the versatile Land Rover Discovery and creating a smorgasbord of chef-friendly features, from the engine bay mounted slow cooker to the olive oil dispenser in the rear storage space. In fact, the vehicle even includes attachments that let you churn butter as you drive!
With up to 82.7 cubic feet of cargo space, the seven-passenger Discovery was clearly the chef's choice for these off-menu requests. The vehicle also offers Oliver an ice cream maker, a rotisserie, a pasta cutter and a folding grill, among other amenities.
In a press release, David Fairbairn, Head of Bespoke at SVO, commented, "The Discovery helps our customers make every day an adventure, and this special vehicle will give Jamie and his family the chance to cook amazing meals during a road trip."
